Chief Executive Officer
Dr.Rajesh Saini is CEO of Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital. He moved to the field of eye care management & administration after completing M. Phil in Hospital & Health Systems Management from Bits-Pilani. He also specialized in Quality Health Care Management from AHA –Noida & Managing Human Resources for Health in India from PHFI. Dr Saini is Life Member of Academy of Hospital Administration & Member of Asian Society of Quality in Health care. Dr Rajesh Saini represents the east zone states on the VISION 2020 INDIA board and has more than 15 years working experience in eye care hospital management.
Senior Operations Manager
Arun Kumar is the principle administrator who also looks after hospital processes for smooth functions including multiple donor based programmes of the hospital that it runs at the grassroots of North Bengal. We brought him into our hospital systems from Shri Sadhguru Seva Sangh, Chitrakut where he worked at multiple capacity as lead Administrator for more than 22 years. He comes with a vast plethora of experience from working in the area of Reproductive health of women and girls including mother and child care when he was working with UN Mission in Rajasthan. He is a Master's in Social Work who also has completed his LLB and Management studies to have a better hold over human relations & programme processes. Arun despite his huge experience also carry great humility in exercising his expertise at the hospital that makes him communicating and implementing process functions effectively.
Manager Store
People do not understand how big store supply and chain management is to handle a massive movement of medical good across all hospitals and primary eye care centres. Arshan with his very able team takes care of the entire hospital supply and chain not only for medicines/ medical equipments but also Information/ Education & Communication materials/ Optical supplies as immediate requisitions come to him.
He has a varied experience of over 7 years in Hospital Store Management & has played a crucial role in its development.
Training Instructor
Joseph Mollah joined the SGLEH family as Training Instructor. Joseph is an Optometrist who has an indepth experience of over 10 years in Optometry, Training & Development, and Capacity building. He completed his Master’s in Optometry from NIMS University, Jaipur in 2012 and have recently added Post Graduation in Public Health to his resume. He has been associated with Vivekananda Mission Ashram, Carl Zeiss, LVPEI Hyderabad, Bausch & Lomb School of Optometry at different capacities.
Manager IPD & OPD
Subhasree Kundu works with us at the capacity of IPD and OPD Manager. Ms. Kundu has a varied experience of over 8 years in the hospital sector dealing with Medical insurance claims, corporate client handling, looking over the credit business, and corporate liaisons etc. Ms. Kundu has completed her MBA from ICFAI National College in 2010.
Manager Human Resource
Ms. Khusbu has joined us with 7 years of working experience working with different sectors including Health care, Retail, and Service industry. She completed her PGDM in Human Resources & Labour Laws from West Bengal Labour Council, Siliguri.
Prior to joining us she was working with Spencers Retail Ltd., Siliguri. She loves learning new languages and is a skilled Bharatnatyam Dancer with exceptional people skills in handling difficult circumstances with ease.
Finance Manager
Madhuri joined us at the capacity of Manager Finance. She comes with a background of Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. She has an in-depth experience of 10 years working with PWC SDC, Kolkata Pvt. Ltd. and CA firms in Kolkata prior to joining us. She skillfully manages the Accounts and the Audit of the organization keeping our finances up to date.
She enjoys travelling and her love for the mountains makes her often visit the nearby hills around Siliguri with family.
Manager Quality
Mr. Pravakara Kumar Paramanik is a Post Graduate in Clinical Research and Regulatory affairs. He has undergone his course in healthcare quality management at the Sankara Nethralaya Academy (TSNA), and completed his MBA in Hospital Management from Jaipur National University. He comes with 20+ Years of experience in the Healthcare sector with core competencies in Quality Clinical Service Dissemination ensuring Patient Safety, General Administration & Hospital management for Charitable Organization.
His last assignment was at Siliguri District Hospital. Prior to that he has also worked with Neotia Getwel Healthcare Center, Siliguri as an Asst. Manager - Quality Department and was an integral part of NABH accreditation process.
Finance Officer
Ratan Dutta works with us at the capacity of Finance Officer. Ratan has an indepth experience of over 29 years in Finance/Accounts & Administration in vivid sectors including in Life Insurance, Tea Manufacturing, Coutry Liquor Manufacturing companies before entering into the Hospital Sector. His last assignment was in Bajaj Allianz LIC Ltd. Ratan has completed his MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2015.
Administration - Unit 4
Kaushik Dutta is a senior member of the SGLEH family working with us since 2002. He presently holds the position of Operations Manager and efficiently handles the internal and processes of the hospital at Cooch Behar. He has completed his Diploma in Hardware and Networking from NIIT and has his graduation in Commerce.
Biomedical Engineer
Ratul is a native of Siliguri and has joined us at the capacity of Biomedical Engineer. He is academically an Electrical Engineer with 2 years of prior experience before joining us at the hospital.
He looks towards the maintenance of all the diagnostic and treatment super speciality equipments at the hospital including aiding instruments. During his leisure he loves to visit places and spend time with his family.
Maintenance Engineer (Civil)
Munna is a civil engineer by education and was mainly associated with our Unit 2 hospital Siliguri Greater Lions Shri VidyaSagar Eye Hospital from the very inception of it. He was primarily responsible for the entire planning, construction and upscaling of the hospital to bringing it upto a functional level today.
He is presently looking after the maintenance of both the Unit 1 and Unit 2 hospital.
Manager Marketing and Communications
Deep takes care of the external and internal communication of the organization using various marketing and communication tools. He loves connecting with people and have an inert understanding of how to connect to them in propagating a message. He holds the position of Marketing and Communication Manager and comes with 13 years of extensive corporate and development sector experience both in India and abroad.
Manager Support Services & Logistics
Rajib Bhaduri is a MBA in Logistics Management with 20 years of experiential background working with renowned national and multinational organizations like Reliance Retail, Tupperware India, Asahi India Glass Ltd. which makes him excel today in maintaining hospital large scale transport and logistics across its 4 secondary eye care centres and 45 primary eye care centres.
He is fond of traveling solo and defines traveling as his way of finding himself. Apart from this he is a foodie who loves asian food.
