REFUND POLICY ON OPD APPOINTMENT

Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital does not charge you for booking your appointment on our website or through telephone. If a registrant/ patient desires to reschedule/cancel his/her earlier booked appointment at Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital for a comprehensive eye checkup, he/she can do so only through calling us on our helpline number or visiting us at the hospital. Rescheduling can be possible only after cancellation of the appointment made earlier and it is non-chargeable. In an inability to reach to the hospital due to/ may for various reasons within your scheduled appointment time is not chargeable and will cancel automatically.

All payments are accepted only after he/she physically makes payment at our OPD billing counter to avail swift and hassle-free appointment services. The hospital never calls you to collect your credit/debit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit/debit card.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US

We collect your information to complete your OPD information registration process in advance so that you may not have to wait for the same while you arrive at the hospital. This information is also used to confirm your booking, post reminder and follow-up in case your arrival is delayed or cancelled. We also use the information to respond to your queries and suggestions.

We never share your information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. We do not share any information with vendors who help us manage our online booking process or payment processes or transactions.

MEDICAL PRIVACY

We strictly abide by our medical ethics and do not share any medical records of our patients to any external agency, or on any platform on anyone's requests.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

It is essential that we have your correct Email Address and Phone number as we will email or call you for a booking confirmation upon successful registration.
